Freeze the included gel pack(s) fully, place them inside the case with your essentials, then seal it. Cooling begins instantly — no batteries or power required.

The insulated case holds a cool, stable temperature for hours, ideal for insulin, GLP-1 medications and other temperature-sensitive items. Models with a display let you monitor it in real time.

Wipe the interior and exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then air-dry. Avoid submerging the case fully in water.

Usually one or two frozen gel packs are enough. Keep the spares in your freezer so you always have a chilled set ready to swap in.
